Hearts can be wounded for thousands of reasons and those wounds impact us spiritually, relationally and emotionally. This free two-hour class taught by Toni King, Christian counselor will provide tools and encouragement to process shock, disappointment, loss of identity and move toward a vision for the future. Specific topics will include how to maneuver assigning blame and the ways to find hope in lessons learned.
