If you're 55 and older, we’d like to invite you to a special exercise class called “Fit After 55”, designed to help improve and maintain strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health! This 1 hour class features low-impact exercises, modified movements, and chair-based options, all while fostering a supportive and social environment where you can exercise at your own pace. Join us in the Auditorium each Wednesday at 10:30am, unless canceled. No registration necessary!
