If you're 55 and older, we’d like to invite you to a special exercise class called “Fit After 55”, designed to help improve and maintain strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health! This 1 hour class features low-impact exercises, modified movements, and chair-based options, all while fostering a supportive and social environment where you can exercise at your own pace. Classes will be held in the morning and afternoon on Wednesday, January 8th. Join us in the Youth Room for one or both classes, at 10:30am and 1:00pm. No Registration necessary!
